The Masimo Radical-7 is a versatile pulse oximeter powered by Masimo SET® Measure-through Motion and Low Perfusion™ technology, designed for accurate monitoring across bedside, general floor, and transport environments. Its upgradeable rainbow® Pulse CO-Oximetry platform enables noninvasive, continuous measurement of an expanded parameter set, all within a single compact device.

With approximately 4 hours of battery life, the Radical-7 supports extended handheld monitoring in low-acuity settings and uninterrupted patient monitoring during transport. Its compact form factor preserves valuable bedside space without compromising monitoring capability.

Wireless Connectivity and EMR Integration

Built-in enterprise Wi-Fi enables seamless wireless connectivity to Masimo Patient SafetyNet™ or Iris® Gateway. Through the Hospital Automation™ platform, continuous automated data flow from the Radical-7 to electronic medical record systems helps reduce charting errors and streamline clinician workflows.

Display and User Interface

The Radical-7 features a high-resolution touchscreen with automatic display rotation, allowing clinicians to arrange parameters by priority. Multi-touch gesture support enables intuitive interaction — moving, expanding, or collapsing parameter trends directly on screen.
