The Whynter ICM-220CGY 2-Liter Automatic Compressor Ice Cream and Yogurt Maker lets you make homemade ice cream and yogurt. This easy-to-use machine lets you create delicious ice cream, rich, creamy gelato, and sorbet, as well as fresh, healthy, all-natural yogurt, all in the comfort of your own home, using ingredients you trust, using methods different from traditional methods. You can prepare up to two liters at a time.
The Freeze function offers premium functions and features not found in affordable machines. The powerful built-in compressor freezer allows continuous use without the hassle of pre-freezing the stainless steel mixing bowl. The Whynter ICM-220CGY features a Long-Term Cooling function that prevents the ice cream mixture from melting, and a Motor Protection function that stops the motor from spinning when the mixture solidifies to prevent overheating or damage.
The yogurt function prepares your choice of milk and yogurt starter at temperatures between 40°C and 45°C. Making homemade yogurt lets you create your favorite yogurt using your preferred ingredients, such as probiotics, organic, raw, or non-dairy milks. You can add fruit, nuts, or other toppings to make yogurt parfaits, fruit yogurt, or enjoy it plain. It's both economical and environmentally friendly.
