Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days after your order is placed, depending on your location and the fastest available shipping service. Typical delivery time is 5-7 business days, though you may receive your items sooner. Each order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. Please note that delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal issues, may occasionally affect delivery times.

Freight (LTL) Delivery

Large or heavy items ship by freight (LTL) carrier rather than standard parcel service. Standard freight service is curbside delivery only: the carrier brings the shipment to the first accessible point at your address. The driver is not responsible for moving the item inside, upstairs, or into a specific room, and does not provide uncrating, assembly, or removal of packaging or old equipment. Please have someone available to receive and move the item at the time of delivery.

Additional services - including inside delivery, threshold delivery, white glove delivery, liftgate service, limited-access or residential delivery, and scheduled delivery appointments - are not included in the listed price and are available in most areas for an additional charge. Services requested after the shipment has left the warehouse may not be available, and any additional fees charged to us by the carrier will be invoiced to you.
