Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days after your order is placed, depending on your location and the fastest available shipping service. Typical delivery time is 5-7 business days, though you may receive your items sooner. Each order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. Please note that delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal issues, may occasionally affect delivery times.

Refund policy

At Medidepot, we work hard to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected. Before requesting a return, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Standard Returns

  • Only regularly stocked items that are unused and remain in their original, unopened packaging qualify for return.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Every return must be pre-approved in writing by our Customer Support team.

  • A 30%–50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including freight, insurance, duties, and taxes.

  • Original Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable.

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition, packed securely in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and free from any damage. Items that have been used, installed, or assembled are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop-ship items)

  • Equipment that has been used or installed

  • Consumable, perishable, or disposable goods

  • Furniture or oversized freight equipment

  • Items shipped outside the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing and shipping your order, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. To protect your rights, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect on Delivery: Examine all packages thoroughly before signing the delivery paperwork.

  2. Visible Damage: If you see damage, refuse the shipment, take clear photos, and note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD).

    • Do not sign for visibly damaged items.

  3. Hidden Damage: If damage is discovered after signing, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt and file a freight claim with the carrier.

    • Signing for delivery without noting damage confirms the shipment was received in good condition.

Medidepot cannot replace or refund items that were signed for without any notation of damage.

Examples of Qualifying Damage

  • Broken or cracked components

  • Significant dents or bent frames

  • Shattered glass or detached parts

  • Major structural issues caused during transit

Minor cosmetic scuffs or packaging imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered damage.

If you receive an incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery. Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Contact our Customer Service team immediately. Open orders can be canceled with no cancellation fee.

  • After Shipment: You may refuse delivery or request a return. Standard return and restocking fees will apply.

  • Custom or Special Orders: These cannot be canceled once production has started.
