Follett's Performance Plus undercounter plasma freezers are engineered to meet precise temperature control while providing superior reliability for critical product storage. Its front-breathing design allows easy installation under standard-height counters. Standard with two full extension stainless steel drawers. Includes separate temperature surveillance module alarming, 7 day chart recorder, and digital product temperature display. Touchscreen controls enhance data management and product protection with integral temperature and event logging and USB export capability.

- custom-designed microprocessor temperature controller
- air-cooled refrigeration system with heavy duty 1/4 horsepower compressor
- environmentally friendly, non-CFC R404a refrigerant
- programmed automatic defrost every 6 hours
- cabinet-wide temperature remains within ±1 C (1.8 F), even with frequent door openings
