The Lumex Deluxe Preferred Care® Recliner Series – Wide is a premium clinical recliner designed for enhanced comfort, safety, and versatility in acute care, long-term care, dialysis, oncology, and bariatric environments. It features an extra-wide 24" seat with the unique Ultra-Flex suspension system that self-adjusts to cradle the patient, virtually eliminating the risk of "bottoming out." Infinite recline positions allow patients to select their most comfortable angle, while a caregiver-activated recline position lock secures the chair in place. Quick-release upholstery enables fast cleaning, removal, and replacement, and vinyl is sulfide stain, mildew, and oil resistant. Wide, soft armrests and reduced armrest/seat height allow the recliner to fit under dining/activity tables. Equipped with 5" Tente® swivel casters (3 total-locking, 1 directional-locking) for easy maneuverability and a durable epoxy-coated steel frame.
