Quincy Lab 21-250ER Steel Digital Forced Convection Bench Oven,7 Cubic feet 115 Volt, Ramp & Soak Digital Controls, 1050W,  300°F(150°C)

Used for drying, baking finishes, preheating, curing, dehydrating and many other processes. Models ending in "ER" come with digital PID microprocessor temperature controllers.

Standard Features

  • Fan forced air circulation for even work area temperature. Incoloy Sheathed elements of low watt density and large 7/16" diameter for long life
  • 6 lb mineral wool high density insulation for reduced heat loss and efficient operation
  • Adujstable shelves on 1½" centers for total of eleven in either model
  • Piano type door hinges for proper alignment and fit
  • HIGH/LOW heat switch to help maintain greater sensitivity at lower set temperature
  • Baked in scratch resistant finish - six foot cord with plug furnished on all models
  • All bench ovens have aluminized interiors. High impact thermoplastic cool handles are used
  • Model 21-250ER-1 have a 6' electrical cord with a 3 prong 20AMP plug
  • The amps rating above is based on 115 volt

Features on Model 21-250ER-1

  • Combines 21 series design and dimensions with a precise digital PID microprocessor temperature controller. This microprocessor with a J type thermocouple will hold set temperatures accurately within 1 degree with improved chamber uniformity. Control features include large easy-to-read dual LED display, showing both set and process temperatures, select C or F units, autotune feature helps optimize PID parameters to balance oven performance for various work loads and applications. A versatile on/off control mode allows for even faster temperature recovery times and processing of batch-style work loads not requiring accurate temperature stability.

Digital P.I.D. microprocessor:

Our new and easy-to-use P.I.D. microprocessor not only provides ease of temperature setting but also provides you with ramp & soak capability and a countdown timer, facilitating the most demanding applications. Our digitally controlled Bench Ovens use a ‘J’-type thermocouple.
