The Ultra-Light 1000 is Drive Medical's lightweight, easy-to-assemble electric bed featuring interchangeable parts. The Delta 1000 model is truly universal, as its bed frame is compatible with both older and newer headboards and footboards from Drive and many other manufacturers.
The foot-mounted junction box plays a critical role in the interchangeability of the components.
The newly designed, crack-resistant universal head and foot panels, which feature composite construction, are interchangeable. To reduce noise, the single motor and the junction box are designed as a single unit.
