The Frost 109-60P Mechanical Hands Free Universal Paper Towel Dispenser provides reliable touch-free paper dispensing in a durable, cost-effective design. Ideal for schools, offices, restaurants, service stations, and industrial facilities, this mechanical dispenser helps improve hygiene while reducing paper waste. Its universal design accepts standard commercial jumbo paper towel rolls, eliminating the need for proprietary paper products.
The dispenser automatically cuts an 11-inch (27 cm) towel when the exposed paper is pulled, leaving a 3.5-inch (8.9 cm) starter sheet ready for the next user. A double latch locking system helps prevent tampering and theft, while the vandal-resistant transparent polycarbonate cover allows paper levels to be checked without opening the unit. An external side knob enables manual paper advancement when needed.
