The Frost 422-60 Series Mechanical Hands-Free Combination Towel & Waste Receptacle is designed for commercial washrooms requiring hygienic paper dispensing with integrated waste collection. Available in recessed and surface mounted configurations, these units are commonly installed in office buildings, schools, retail stores, sports facilities, and other commercial properties.

Manufactured from durable North American stainless steel, every model features an all-welded stainless steel construction, a locking removable waste receptacle, and a mechanical hands-free dispensing system that automatically dispenses and cuts paper when the exposed towel is pulled. The universal dispenser accepts standard commercial jumbo roll paper towels, eliminating the need for proprietary paper products. The dispenser automatically cuts towels to approximately 27 cm (11") while leaving a 7.6 cm (3") tail for the next user, helping reduce paper consumption while improving hygiene. Both variants share identical capacity, construction, and dispensing performance, differing only in installation method.
