The Frost 422-70 Series Hands-Free Combination Towel & Waste Receptacle is designed for commercial washrooms requiring touch-free paper dispensing with integrated waste collection. Available in recessed and surface mounted configurations, these durable stainless steel units are commonly installed in office buildings, schools, retail outlets, sports facilities, and other commercial properties.

Manufactured with all-welded stainless steel construction, every model features a locking removable waste receptacle, front-loading access for easy servicing, and an automatic touch-free dispenser with a large detection zone for hygienic operation. The universal dispenser accepts standard commercial jumbo roll paper towels, eliminating the need for proprietary paper products. An adjustable towel length between 6" and 9" (15.2–22.9 cm) allows users to control paper usage, while the included 9 ft AC adapter or optional four D-cell alkaline batteries provide flexible power options. Both variants offer identical dispensing performance, capacity, and construction, differing only in installation method.
