The Labconco 7584000 Vacuubrand Hybrid Vacuum Pump (designed in partnership with Vacuubrand as RC 6 technology) is a corrosion-resistant, precision vacuum pump designed to handle the most volatile chemical matrices, acids, and organic solvents used in high-risk lyophilization. By seamlessly combining a two-stage rotary vane pump with a chemically resistant PTFE diaphragm pump, this innovative hybrid architecture ensures that aggressive solvent vapors such as TFA, HCl, and acetonitrile are continuously removed from the pump's oil reservoir before condensation and internal damage. Providing a powerful displacement capacity of 115 liters per minute (4.1 CFM) at 60 Hz and an ultra-deep ultimate vacuum of up to 2 × 10⁻³ mbar, it guarantees uncompromising freeze-drying stability.
