Which Key Number Do You Actually Need?
Accucold keys run from KEY1 to KEY8, and they are matched to the lock cylinder rather than to the appliance model. Two units of the same series can take different keys if they were built with different cylinders. Check the number stamped on the existing key or on the lock face before ordering. If the number is worn off, send us your unit's model and serial and we will identify it rather than have you guess.
Shelf, Drawer or Stack Rack?
A wire shelf adds a tier inside an existing cabinet. A slide-out drawer is cabinetry that sits beside or under a unit, not inside it. A stack rack puts two compatible units in one footprint, usually cheaper than a single larger cabinet.
How do I know which shelf fits my unit?
Interior width is what matters, and it varies within a series. Match against your full model number, including the suffix, rather than the series name. If you are unsure, send the model and serial and we will confirm the correct part before you order.
Are these genuine manufacturer parts?
Yes. Everything in this collection is OEM from Accucold, Summit or Iceco, which matters if your unit is still under warranty: third-party parts can void coverage on sealed system components.
Can I order filters or keys in bulk for a multi-site facility?
Yes. Bulk filter and key orders for facility maintenance programs are common. Submit a quote request with quantities and the model list and we will return volume pricing.
