From the Exam Room to 24-Hour Ambulatory Readings
Automatic blood pressure monitors from A&D Medical, Omron, Welch Allyn and Drive DeVilbiss: AOBP office units, 24-hour ambulatory monitors, waiting-room kiosks, cellular and Bluetooth models for remote patient monitoring, and home monitors with small, wide-range and extra large cuffs.
This collection also carries some Welch Allyn diagnostic items such as laryngoscope blades, 3.5V handles and a SureTemp thermometer. If that is what you came for, Diagnostic Monitoring Devices and Thermometers are faster places to start.

Office Monitor, ABPM or Kiosk?
These solve three different problems. An office unit like the UM-212BLE takes the reading in the exam room, and its AOBP mode runs a series of measurements with nobody standing over the patient. An ambulatory monitor such as the TM-2440 or Bluetooth TM-2441 goes home with the patient for a day and night of readings. A kiosk like the TM-2657P lets patients measure themselves before they are called in, which frees up rooming time.
Which Cuff Range Fits the Arm?
Get this wrong and the monitor is not the problem. A cuff that is too small tends to read high; one that is too large tends to read low. Most adults fit a wide-range cuff around 22 to 42 cm, which is what the UA-651BLE and UA-810BLE ship with. Above that, the UA-789AC covers 42 to 60 cm. Below it, the UA-651SAC starts at 16 cm. Measure the mid-upper arm before ordering.
Connected Monitors for Remote Patient Monitoring
If readings need to reach your platform without the patient doing anything clever, cellular is the simplest route: the UA-1020CEL transmits without pairing to a phone. Bluetooth models suit patients comfortable with an app, and the UA-770BLE stores readings for more than one user. The UA-1040TBLE adds voice guidance for patients with low vision.
Which monitor works best for a busy primary care office?
The A&D UM-212BLE is the usual choice. It runs AOBP sequences unattended, switches to auscultatory mode when you need to confirm by ear, and sends readings over Bluetooth. If you do not need connectivity, the UM-211 covers the same measurement modes for less.
Do you carry monitors for patients with large arms?
Yes. The UA-789AC ships with an extra large cuff for arm circumferences of 42 to 60 cm. For ambulatory studies, ABPM cuffs are available in small through extra large.
What do I need to run 24-hour ambulatory monitoring?
The recorder itself (TM-2440 or Bluetooth TM-2441), cuffs in the sizes your patients need, and replacement cuff sleeves so each patient gets a clean one. Most clinics keep more than one recorder so studies can overlap.
Are wrist monitors suitable for office use?
They are designed for home use. For readings taken in the practice, use an upper-arm office monitor. Wrist models like the UB-525 and UB-543 make sense for patients whose clinician has said an arm cuff is not practical for them.
Can I order monitors in volume for a take-home or RPM program?
Yes. Program orders for home monitors, cellular RPM devices and kiosk rollouts are handled by our equipment specialists. Submit a quote request with quantities and the cuff mix you need.
