The Body-Solid GLA348BS Series 7 Smith Machine Lat Attachment (GLA348BS) expands the capabilities of the Body-Solid GS348B Series 7 Smith Machine, converting it into a complete upper-body and core cable workstation. Featuring integrated high and low pulley stations, the GLA348BS enables lifters to execute a comprehensive array of cable movements—including high lat pulldowns, tricep pressdowns, seated cable rows, bicep curls, cable woodchoppers, and upright rows.
Engineered with a 210 lb. precision-machined alloy steel weight stack, the GLA348BS provides quick pin-selected resistance adjustments. For heavy lifters who require extra resistance beyond the stack, built-in plate posts allow supplementary weight plates to be loaded directly onto the carriage. Its smart "no cable change" design allows for fast, fluid transitions between high and low cable exercises without needing to reroute cables.
