The Body-Solid Steel Frame Plyo Box Set of 4 (BSTPBS2) is a commercial-grade plyometric training system engineered to build explosive leg power, vertical jump performance, foot speed, and agility. Suitable for professional athletic facilities, commercial gyms, high schools, and home training setups, these plyo boxes support a wide range of forward, lateral, and multi-directional jumping drills.
Constructed with heavy-duty 1" square 12-gauge steel tubing and finished with a durable, scratch-resistant red powder coat, each box features a reinforced 1/2" plywood top platform covered in a non-slip rubber landing surface. The tapered frame construction allows the boxes to nest and stack efficiently for space-saving storage when not in use.
