The Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare 15970-4280 Gravity 9 Pressure Redistribution Type Mattress System provides pressure redistribution and shear/friction reduction using multiple layers of latex-free therapeutic foam. It features a full top layer of open-cell visco-elastic memory foam for optimal immersion, a bottom layer with horizontally scored articulation cuts for extended durability, and high-density foam perimeters for edge support and safe transfers. Designed with a sloped heel section featuring channel-cut foam to offload pressure, it is available with or without raised side rails. The system is completed with a removable, fluid-resistant, low-shear, and vapor-permeable multi-stretch cover to protect skin from friction and moisture.
