Blue violet is the colour usually chosen where a glove needs to be visible against skin and food, which is why it is common in kitchens, clinics and laboratories. The tone also makes a tear or a pinhole easier to spot than a dark glove does.

At 4 mil they sit in the everyday working range. Textured fingertips hold grip when hands are wet or oily. They are powder-free and contain no natural rubber latex, so they can be worn by people with a latex allergy.
