B-QUBE Crystal Cube Technology

The B-QUBE series uses Brema’s proprietary horizontal evaporator technology where water sprays upward into chilled cavities, forming individual pyramid-shaped cubes that are compact, crystal-clear, and incredibly hard. Each cube forms on the evaporator individually and drops one by one into the storage bin — eliminating the sheet-breaking and cluster issues common with grid-style evaporators. The result is a 23g (0.81 oz) cube measuring approximately 1.28" x 1.24" that provides maximum cooling with minimal dilution, longer-lasting chill, and a premium aesthetic in every glass.

Automatic Washing System (AWS)

The CB316A BHC AWS features Brema’s Automatic Washing System — a self-cleaning cycle that completely descales and cleans the machine in just 1.5 hours when used with the recommended ICECLEAN01 ice machine cleaner (sold separately). This reduces maintenance downtime, extends machine life, and ensures consistently pure, clean ice production with minimal operator effort.
