The HealthyLine Platinum series is a far infrared heating mat with a programmable PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) system and red LED lights. A layer of amethyst, jade, tourmaline, quartz and obsidian lines the silver-grey surface. Per HealthyLine, Platinum is its most customizable PEMF line, built for professional and home use.

Each mat ships with two controllers. The advanced controller sets waveform (sine or square), frequency from 1 to 30 Hz, intensity from 10 to 100 percent and three pulse durations, with 12 presets and a memory function. A simpler LED controller runs the mat at default settings. Temperature goes up to 158°F (70°C) with a 1 to 12 hour auto shut-off. The Aura Pro Plus model adds amethyst aura stones, per HealthyLine the only HealthyLine mat that uses them.

Voltage: choose 110V for standard US outlets. The 220V version is made for 220 V power.

Start at lower settings and increase gradually. Per HealthyLine, a small number of users may feel temporary discomfort with PEMF, such as mild headaches or fatigue. If this happens, stop the session. Avoid looking directly into the lights.

Care: per HealthyLine, turn the mat off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe it with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use soap, alcohol, disinfectant wipes or sprays, and never soak or submerge the mat.
