NEST Scientific Low Evaporation EDGE Cell Culture Plates are engineered to deliver consistent cellular growth while preventing evaporation during long-term incubation. Constructed from optically clear USP Class VI virgin polystyrene, these plates feature outer fluid-filled channels surrounding the wells to eliminate the edge effect. The tissue culture (TC) treated surface utilizes vacuum plasma etching to enhance cell attachment and uniform spreading for adherent cell lines.
Built strictly to standard SBS/ANSI footprints, each plate integrates notched bottoms with raised edges for stable stacking and automated handler compatibility. Manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom within ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001 certified facilities, every lot is E-beam sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10^-6. Individually wrapped in peelable film, these plates provide verifiable purity with complete lot-tested certification against pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, and animal products.
