The Nest Scientific 96 Well Cell Culture Plate is designed for reliability in cell-based assays, assay development, and liquid handling workflows. Constructed from optically clear USP Class VI virgin polystyrene, each plate features flat-bottom wells with a designated 0.32 cm² growth area and a recommended working volume of 0.1 to 0.2 mL (100–200 µL). The non-treated surface specifically prevents cell adhesion, making it ideal for suspension cells and non-adherent experimental conditions. Built with a standard SBS/ANSI footprint, the plate integrates with automated microplate readers and liquid handlers.
Raised well edges and bottom feet prevent cross-contamination and lens scratching during microscopy, while notched bottoms allow stable stacking. Individually wrapped in peelable film blister packs and sterilized via electron beam to an SAL of 10⁻⁶, these microplates ensure lot-to-lot traceability with clear alphanumeric markings.
