The Nest Scientific 6 Well Cell Culture Plate is manufactured from optically clear USP grade VI virgin polystyrene to ensure high clarity for microscopic examination. Designed specifically for suspended cell workflows, these flat-bottom wells provide a 9.5 cm² growth area per well and support a working volume of 1.9–2.9 mL. Each plate features alphanumeric markings for convenient sample identification and follows standard SBS/ANSI footprint guidelines for seamless compatibility with automated laboratory equipment.
Built with raised well edges and small feet on the bottom, the design minimizes evaporation while preventing scratch damage to microscope objectives. Every plate is individually sealed in a peelable blister pack, E-beam sterilized to achieve an SAL of 10⁻⁶, and certified free of DNase, RNase, human DNA, pyrogens, and endotoxins. Produced in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified cleanroom facility, this cultureware offers consistent quality and reliable traceability with clear lot numbers printed directly on each flask.
