The Nest Scientific 48 Well Cell Culture Plate (748001) is engineered from optically clear USP grade VI virgin polystyrene to optimize microscopy and cellular analysis. Featuring plasma-etched Tissue Culture (TC) surface treatment, these flat-bottom plates provide uniform cell attachment and growth across a dedicated 0.88 cm² growth area per well. Each individual plate is sealed in peelable blister packaging to guarantee sterility and maximum contamination control during handling.
Designed to standard SBS/ANSI footprint dimensions, they seamlessly integrate into manual laboratory routines as well as automated liquid handling systems. Raised well edges work in tandem with the single-position lid to minimize evaporation and eliminate cross-contamination during incubation. Molded alphanumeric markings across the grid ensure effortless sample identification and tracking throughout high-throughput screening workflows.
