Built upon a high-tensile, powder-coated structural steel frame, the HPT400 is powered by a high-output hydraulic pump that allows smooth, effortless height adjustments with a gentle manual lever action. At the core of its tactical maneuverability is the 360° rotating 6-point spreader bar. This advanced configuration accommodates a wide variety of 4-point and 6-point medical transfer slings, ensuring optimal weight distribution and eliminating hazardous swaying
