The Stroops Body Weight Gym is a Slastix-driven suspension training system designed for bodyweight and functional training. Its compact design can be set up anywhere with an overhead anchor point, allowing users to perform strength, mobility, HIIT, and recovery exercises.

The Body Weight Gym consists of two textured grip handles with specialized loops and two long cloth straps that can be anchored independently to an overhead anchor point. It is available with or without a pair of 150-pound Slastix resistance bands.

Without Slastix resistance bands, the system enhances stability and helps users focus on balance and muscle development. With Slastix, the added instability increases the demand on the core and intensifies movement during bodyweight training.

The Slastix resistance bands feature a safety sleeve designed to provide protection in the event of band breakage and help prevent hyper-extension or other factors that could reduce band durability.
