The Stroops Spine is a compact, sturdy wall-mounted resistance band anchoring system designed to provide multiple high, medium, and low anchor points. It is designed for use with Slastix resistance bands, other resistance bands with anchor points, and cable attachments.

The Spine is available in three variants: 78-inch, 48-inch, and 48-inch Mini. The 78-inch version provides 13 anchor points and is designed for larger workout spaces such as gyms, performance centers, and personal training studios. It is also suited to exercises where the user's full body weight may work against the anchor, including resistance sprints and jumping with the Son of the Beast.

The 48-inch version is a lower-profile option with 8 anchor points while maintaining the strength of the larger Spine. The 48-inch Mini is a slimmer, lightweight alternative with 8 anchor points and a 150 lb weight capacity, making it suitable for lower-intensity resistance band training, rehabilitation, and mobility exercises.

Each Spine includes the Spine itself, two mounting brackets, and two U-bolts for fastening the brackets. The mounting brackets feature four diametrical mounting holes to accommodate different wall constructions. The appropriate mounting hardware should be determined according to the mounting surface.
