XLERATOR, eco or ThinAir?
The three Excel lines split on heat, draw and depth. The XLERATOR is the heated high-speed flagship, in covers from white thermoset XL-BW, chrome XL-C, graphite XL-GR and brushed stainless XL-SB to stainless special image, custom image XL-SI, custom paint XL-SP and white epoxy XL-W. The XLERATOReco removes the heating element and dries on air speed alone at 500 watts, which fits standard circuits and cuts energy per dry; the same covers apply: BW, chrome, graphite, stainless, stainless special image, custom image, custom paint and white epoxy. The ThinAir trades raw speed for a slim, lower-protrusion body suited to tight walls: white ABS, graphite, brushed stainless, stainless special image, custom image, custom paint and white epoxy. The special image and paint covers exist for branding a restroom to a theme without wrapping the unit.
HEPA: Factory or Retrofit?
For healthcare and food settings, every line comes with factory HEPA as the -H versions: XLERATOR in BW, chrome, graphite, stainless, stainless special image, custom image, custom paint and white epoxy; eco in BW, chrome, graphite, stainless, stainless special image, custom image, custom paint and white epoxy; ThinAir in white ABS, graphite, stainless, stainless special image, custom image, custom paint and white epoxy. Existing non-HEPA XLERATOR and eco units upgrade with the 40525 retrofit kit. Filters are then a schedule item: the 40520 HEPA replacement and 94 metal mesh pre-filter for XLERATOR and eco, and the 40521 HEPA and 40532 pre-filter for ThinAir. The pre-filter catches lint cheaply so the HEPA lasts to its interval.
ADA Recess Kits, XChanger Panels and Wall Guards
Accessibility rules limit how far an object may protrude into a circulation path, and a surface-mounted dryer body usually exceeds it. A recess kit sinks the dryer into the wall to comply: the 40502 ADA recess kit and its custom paint version. Where an old recessed towel dispenser is coming out, the XChanger panel converts that cavity into a dryer mounting surface without rebuilding the wall: the 40550 panel in stainless, 40550SP in custom paint, the ADA-height 40551 and 40551SP, and combo kits pairing panel and dryer hardware: the 40575, 40575SP, ADA 40576 and 40576SP with recess kit.
