Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

MediDepot shares some personal information with advertising and marketing partners. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws in other U.S. states, you can tell us to stop. This page explains what we share and gives you three ways to opt out. Opting out is free and does not require an account.
What we sell or share
In the past 12 months we have "sold" or "shared" (as those terms are defined by law) the following categories of personal information with our business and marketing partners for advertising and marketing:
- Identifiers, such as your name, email address and phone number
- Commercial information, such as records of the products you purchased
- Usage data, such as device, browser and IP address information and how you interact with our site
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information without your consent or to infer characteristics about you. For the full list of what we collect and why, read our Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
Option 1: Use the button
Select the button below to stop the sale and sharing of your personal information from this browser.
Option 2: Turn on a browser privacy signal
Our site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising for that browser or device. If we can link the device to a Shopify customer account, we apply the opt-out to the account as well. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
Option 3: Contact us
Email support@medidepot.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or call +1 (973) 858-5049 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Please include your name and the email address or phone number you have used with us so we can find your records.
We do not need to verify your identity to process an opt-out request.
What happens after you opt out
We stop selling and sharing your personal information as soon as possible, and no later than 15 business days after we receive your request. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months. If you do want to receive tailored advertising again, you can change your choice at any time by contacting us.
A few things to know:
- The button works through cookies. If you clear your cookies or switch browsers or devices, repeat the opt-out, turn on GPC, or contact us so we can apply it to your email address or account.
- Opting out does not affect orders, payments, shipping, returns or customer support. Service providers that process data on our behalf for those purposes are not covered by this opt-out.
- Marketing emails and texts are managed separately. Use the unsubscribe link in any message we send you.
- You may still see ads from us on other sites. Those ads will not be based on personal information we share after your opt-out.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to appeal a decision we make on your request. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. You can read how to use them in our Privacy Policy.
You can also have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission.
