Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Some products on MediDepot can be purchased as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to cancel.

How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription, you select a delivery frequency on the product page. Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, your order renews automatically at the frequency you selected, and your saved payment method is charged for each renewal.

Price
Product prices are subject to change. You can review your subscription at any time from your account.

Managing your subscription
You can view, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account on our website, under Subscriptions. To avoid being charged for the next order, please make the change before your next billing date.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future orders. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are not affected by cancellation.

Returns
Subscription orders follow our Refund Policy. Consumable products, including food and nutrition products, are not eligible for return once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping
Subscription orders are shipped under our Shipping Policy.
