A full plate footrest to fit the Starfish size 1 - size 2 - size 3 chairs. Height adjustable on mounting stem without tools. Loosen lever on side and tighten in new position. Mounting rod can be angle adjusted from seat. Plate can be swing up at 90º angle, or adjusted at any angle in between. Loosen set screw and re-tighten in new position.
