Nest Scientific universal pipette tips are precision-engineered to be compatible with all leading universal pipette brands, making them a reliable choice even for the most sensitive laboratory applications. Nest’s low-retention capability stems from a composition of polypropylene and CTFE copolymer. The low-retention additive is integrated into the tip resin and does not leach out. Nest achieves superior low-retention performance by using a higher proportion of CTFE by weight compared to leading brands.
The tips have been tested for DNA adsorption via qPCR and protein adsorption via the Biuret test; Nest Scientific tips demonstrated reduced sample loss.
