The Air Relax Plus AR-3.0 Body Package pairs the AR-3.0 control unit with leg sleeves in the size you choose, an arm sleeve attachment, compression shorts and a waist belt. The AC power adapter and user manual are included, and a 38L carrying case is available as an option. One control unit runs all of the garments.

Per Air Relax, the Plus AR-3.0 is an FDA cleared device.^* Its cleared use is the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pains and a temporary increase in circulation to the treated areas in people who are in good health.

The control unit offers three cycle modes: Sequential, Progressive and Full. Per the Air Relax user manual, pressure runs from 60 to 170 mmHg across four levels, and sessions are set to 15 or 30 minutes. A target function focuses compression on selected chambers, and a built-in pressure sensor adjusts to limb circumference.

The leg sleeves have four chambers each. Per Air Relax, the arm sleeve covers the hand, forearm, elbow, upper arm and part of the shoulder, the shorts cover the quads, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and lower back, and the waist belt wraps the abdomen with an adjustable strap.

The control unit accepts 100 to 240 VAC.

Compatibility: AR-3.0 garments work with the AR-3.0 control unit. They do not connect to the AR-4.0.

Sizing: measure your inseam from the top of the inside leg at the crotch down to the heel. Per Air Relax, if you are between sizes, choose the longer sleeve.

Arm and hip garments: per the Air Relax user manual, pressure above 100 mmHg is not recommended with the arm or shorts garment, and the shorts should not be used during pregnancy.

Before use: per the Air Relax user manual, do not use this system if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), episodes of pulmonary embolism, acute pulmonary edema, acute thrombophlebitis, acute congestive heart failure, acute infections, osteoporosis or a blood clotting condition. Do not use it over inflammation, infection, open wounds, bleeding, sensitive or swollen skin, poor circulation, or wounds, lesions, tumors, fractures or dislocations at or near the treatment area, or if you have unexplained calf or abdominal pain. Do not use it during pregnancy. It is not intended for children. If you are under a physician's care, check with your healthcare provider first. Per Air Relax, the system is not a medical treatment and does not replace a medical examination or diagnosis.

Per the Air Relax user manual, the system is not recommended for people with heart or vascular problems, and it is intended for consumer home use.
