The Air Relax Pro AR-4.0 Body Package pairs the AR-4.0 touchscreen control unit with leg sleeves in the size you choose, an arm sleeve attachment and compression shorts. The hose bundle, AC power adapter, 38L carrying case and user manual are included. One control unit runs all of the garments.

Per Air Relax, the Pro AR-4.0 is an FDA cleared device.^* Its cleared use is the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pains and a temporary increase in circulation to the treated areas in people who are in good health.

The control unit offers four programmed cycle modes: Sequential, Progressive, Drain and Overlay. Pressure is set between 40 and 170 mmHg and session time between 5 and 95 minutes. Individual chambers can be switched off, a built-in pressure sensor calibrates to limb circumference in the first cycles of each session, and a deflate function empties the garment at the end.

The leg sleeves have six overlapping chambers each. Per Air Relax, the arm sleeve covers the hand, forearm, elbow, upper arm and part of the shoulder, and the shorts cover the quads, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and lower back.

The control unit accepts 100 to 240 VAC. Choose the power bank option to run sessions away from an outlet; Air Relax rates it at up to 3 hours of continuous use.

Compatibility: the AR-4.0 control unit works only with AR-4.0 garments. AR-2.0 and AR-3.0 garments do not connect to it.

Sizing: measure your inseam from the top of the inside leg at the crotch down to the heel. Per Air Relax, if you are between sizes, choose the longer sleeve.

Arm and hip garments: per the Air Relax user manual, pressure above 100 mmHg is not recommended with the arm or shorts garment, and the shorts should not be used during pregnancy.

Before use: per the Air Relax user manual, do not use this system if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), episodes of pulmonary embolism, acute pulmonary edema, acute thrombophlebitis, acute congestive heart failure, acute infections, osteoporosis or a blood clotting condition. Do not use it over inflammation, infection, open wounds, bleeding, sensitive or swollen skin, poor circulation, or wounds, lesions, tumors, fractures or dislocations at or near the treatment area, or if you have unexplained calf or abdominal pain. Do not use it during pregnancy. It is not intended for children. If you are under a physician's care, check with your healthcare provider first. Per Air Relax, the system is not a medical treatment and does not replace a medical examination or diagnosis.

Per the Air Relax user manual, the system is not recommended for people with heart or vascular problems, and it is intended for consumer home use.
