Built around a robust 14-gauge 3" round steel mainframe, the GFID100B boasts a total weight capacity of 600 lbs while keeping the base bench lightweight at just 53 lbs. The bench features an independent dual adjustment system: a fast, secure ladder-style mechanism for the back pad with 7 angles (-18° decline, 0° flat, 15°, 30°, 45°, 65°, and 80° incline), and a quick pull-pin adjustment for the seat pad with 4 positions (0°, 8°, 12°, and 16°). Extra-thick DuraFirm™ upholstery ensures firm, comfortable support that will not bottom out under heavy loads.
The GFID100B comes equipped with an integrated leg lock-down attachment featuring oversized foam rollers, stabilizing users during decline strength training and abdominal crunches. Built-in rear transport wheels allow for effortless movement in and out of power racks and squat cages.
