By adding plate-loaded functional movement and cable lat pulldowns to free-weight power rack exercises, this space-saving attachment converts the GPR400 into a 3-in-1 system—combining a power rack, an adjustable functional trainer, and a dedicated lat pulldown machine within a single footprint.

Designed for home gyms, commercial studios, and sports performance spaces, the GPRFT features dual plate-loaded Olympic weight carriages supporting up to 600 lbs with a 2:1 resistance ratio (50% resistance feel per side). The front functional pulleys rotate 180 degrees and offer up to 40 vertical height adjustments along the rack uprights. Complete with dual high lat pulldown pulleys, dual low pulleys, and an included cable attachment bundle, it provides full-body isolateral cable training capabilities.
