The Body-Solid Pro ClubLine SPRHLA Half Rack Lat Attachment (SKU: SPRHLA) expands the exercise versatility of Body-Solid’s SPR500 and SPR500BACK Pro ClubLine Half Racks. Designed for high-use commercial fitness centers, sports performance facilities, and dedicated home gyms, this attachment converts a half rack into a multi-functional high and low pulley workstation for performing lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable bicep curls, upright rows, shrugs, and core movements.
Built for heavy training, the SPRHLA features large-diameter, sealed-bearing pulleys paired with 2,200 lb. test nylon-coated aircraft-grade cables to ensure whisper-quiet, smooth operation. Its smart "no cable change" design allows lifters to transition seamlessly between high-pulley and low-pulley exercises without rerouting cables. Available standard as a plate-loaded unit, it can also be upgraded with an optional 210 lb. selectorized weight stack for quick weight adjustments.
