The NexsysADC™ 4T is a countertop automated dispensing cabinet designed for care settings with smaller formularies, tighter budgets, and limited space. It offers the same advanced technology and security as the full-size NexsysADC, at about 40% lower cost.

Ideal for LTC, hospice, behavioral health, veterinary, and surgical centers, the 4T automates up to 150 SKUs in a four-tier unit. It ensures secure, trackable access to controlled substances and high-value meds, helping reduce diversion, loss, and pharmacy delivery fees.
