The Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare 14026 Med-Aire Melody Alternating Pressure-Low Air Loss Mattress Replacement System is designed to prevent, treat, and heal pressure ulcers in home or long-term care settings. It features 20 individual 8" deep air cells with a pillow feature for head stability, providing alternating pressure on 10-minute cycles alongside low air loss therapy. The control unit offers static mode, adjustable patient weight settings, and a visual low-air-pressure alarm. Equipped with EZ Lock/Quick Release tubing and a CPR valve for rapid deflation, the system includes a removable, fluid-resistant, low-shear, and vapor-permeable Nylon cover to protect skin from friction and moisture.
