The Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare BA9600-PUMP-KIT Balanced Aire Self Adjusting Convertible Mattress w/Pump Kit is a reactive replacement system designed to prevent, treat, and heal pressure ulcers in home or long-term care settings. It includes pump attachment tubing to easily convert to a dynamic powered system, utilizing eight non-circular self-adjusting cylinders, a 2.5" Hybrid Visco foam top layer, a heel slope, and a high-density perimeter for safe transfers. This antimicrobial, antifungal, latex-free, and patient-ready system meets CFR1632/CRF1633 flammability standards and features open/closed cell self-adjustment based on body weight. The mattress is wrapped in a removable, fluid-resistant, low-shear, and vapor-permeable 4-way stretch PU cover to safeguard skin against moisture and friction.
