The Drive Medical Large Hip Positioner & Pad (Model TK 1070 L) is a dynamic positioning harness engineered for use with Moxie and Trekker Gait Trainers. Designed to promote proper postural alignment, this accessory assists in centering the hips and pelvis, enabling users to comfortably shift weight from one leg to the other during walking exercises.

Equipped with adjustable support straps, the harness offers dual functionality: shortening the straps provides active weight-bearing assistance, while lengthening them allows the harness to function as a safety sling to prevent falls. Therapists and caregivers can further refine pelvic alignment simply by adjusting where the attachment straps clamp onto the gait trainer's handlebar frame.

For added comfort during extended therapy, the unit includes a removable padded cushion that reduces pressure points.
