The HABCO ESM42HC Cold Space Merchandiser® is engineered to provide exceptional cooling performance and visual impact in high-demand commercial environments. Featuring an authentically front-breathing design, this unit fits into a standard four-foot footprint and allows for built-in installation at the top, bottom, rear, and sides. It is powered by a bottom-mounted, self-contained Cassette® forced-air refrigeration system that utilizes eco-conscious R290 hydrocarbon natural refrigerant for reliable operation between 34°F and 39°F (1°C to 4°C). The interior features a durable NSF-approved white aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor, illuminated by an energy-efficient LED lighting system for optimal product presentation.

Access is facilitated by easy-glide, self-closing sliding doors made of heat-reflecting HABCO insulated safety glass with magnetic cabinet-side seals. Engineered with a finless Free&Clear™ condenser coil, an automatic stainless steel condensate control system, and ten heavy-duty adjustable shelves, this unit delivers long-lasting durability and maintenance convenience.

Refrigeration

• Self contained Cassette® forced-air refrigeration employs R290 hydrocarbon Natural Refrigerant within a sealed capillary tube system.
  
• Cassette® refrigeration is bottom-mounted and removable from the front for ease of maintenance. Refrigeration may be exchanged or upgraded without mechanic. Designed to operate at a set point between 34°F to 39°F (1°C - 4°C).
  
• Priority, directed air flow provides optimum cooling and energy efficiency within cabinet and exclusively at front of unit for optimized heat exchange ventilation.
  
• Finless, Free&Clear™ Condenser Coil maximizes air-flow over the compressor, reduces energy consumption and is non-clogging.
  
• Automatic, stainless steel condensate control system.
  
• Quality, self-lubricating and sealed motors with streamlined air-flow provide quieter yet robust refrigeration.

Cabinet

• Heavy duty aluminum shelving pilasters will not peel or chip adjustment of 1/2" (13mm) increments.
  
• NSF-7 compliant for storage or display of pre-packaged aseptic product.
