The HABCO Cold Space Merchandiser® ESM46HC delivers high-performance commercial cooling designed to maximize retail display impact and product visibility. Engineered with an authentic front-breathing design, this unit fits into a four-foot footprint and allows built-in installation at the top, bottom, rear, and sides. It features a self-contained Cassette® forced-air refrigeration system powered by R290 hydrocarbon natural refrigerant, operating efficiently within a set temperature range of 34°F to 39°F (1°C to 4°C).

The cabinet includes hold-open self-closing swing doors built with heat-reflecting HABCO insulated safety glass and an energy-efficient LED lighting system for illuminated signage and interior display. Inside, ten white coated, NSF-approved shelves provide structured, high-density storage supported by heavy-duty aluminum pilasters with 1/2-inch adjustment increments. Complete with a non-clogging Finless Free&Clear™ condenser coil and an automatic stainless steel condensate control system, this model delivers reliable operation for commercial environments.

Refrigeration

• Self contained Cassette® forced-air refrigeration employs R290 hydrocarbon Natural Refrigerant within a sealed capillary tube system.
  
• Cassette® refrigeration is bottom-mounted and removable from the front for ease of maintenance. Refrigeration may be exchanged or upgraded without mechanic. Designed to operate at a set point between 34°F to 39°F (1°C - 4°C).
  
• Priority, directed air flow provides optimum cooling and energy efficiency within cabinet and exclusively at front of unit for optimized heat exchange ventilation.
  
• Finless, Free&Clear™ Condenser Coil maximizes air-flow over the compressor, reduces energy consumption and is non-clogging.
  
• Automatic, stainless steel condensate control system.
  
• Quality, self-lubricating and sealed motors with streamlined air-flow provide quieter yet robust refrigeration.

• NSF-7 compliant for storage or display of pre-packaged aseptic product.
