The HealthyLine Amethyst Legacy PEMF Mat 3618 is a mid-sized heated mat with a surface of crushed amethyst. It measures 36 by 18 inches and weighs 11 pounds. The flexible build lets you lay it flat on a bed, couch or floor, or wrap it around the body. The controller sets the heat up to 158°F (70°C) and has an automatic shut-off timer.

Per HealthyLine, the mat combines five features in one: far infrared heat, heated gemstones, a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) setting, 30 red LED lights and negative ions. Heat, PEMF and the red lights are switched on and off separately from the controller. The PEMF setting runs in a cycle of 20 minutes on and 100 minutes off, and its frequency is adjustable from 1 to 30 Hz.

Voltage: choose the 110V version for standard US outlets. The 220V version is made for 220 V power.
