The HealthyLine Jet series is a far infrared heating mat with a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) setting and a grid of red LED lights. A layer of tourmaline, amethyst, jade, obsidian and quartz sits under the dark fabric surface. Per HealthyLine, the stones make up more than half the weight of each mat, which gives it a firm feel.

It comes in six sizes, from a 20 x 20 inch pad to the 74 x 28 inch Pro Plus. The Gen 4 controller sets temperature up to 158°F (70°C), a timer from 1 minute to 12 hours, PEMF frequency from 0.25 to 30 Hz and the red lights. Heat, PEMF and lights can be used separately, and four memory presets store favorite settings.

Voltage: choose 110V for standard US outlets. The 220V version is made for 220 V power.

Before use: per HealthyLine, consult your healthcare professional if you have implanted medical devices or specific medical concerns. Start at lower settings and increase gradually. Per HealthyLine, a small number of users may feel temporary discomfort with PEMF, such as mild headaches or fatigue. If this happens, stop the session. Avoid looking directly into the red lights.

Care: per HealthyLine, turn the mat off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe it with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use soap, alcohol, disinfectant wipes or sprays, and never soak or submerge the mat. The Jet Pillow shown in some photos is sold separately.
