The HealthyLine Mesh JT mat is a far infrared heating mat with rows of round jade and tourmaline stones held in an open mesh top. Per HealthyLine, it is the lightest and most flexible of its mat series, so it is easy to move, store and take along. It comes in two sizes: a 72 x 24 inch full-length mat and a 32 x 20 inch mat for the back, hips, legs or a chair.

The controller sets temperature up to 158°F (70°C) and time, with an automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours. Per HealthyLine, the Mesh series is a far infrared heat mat only: it has no PEMF and no red lights.

Voltage: choose 110V for standard US outlets. The 220V version is made for 220 V power.

Before use: per HealthyLine, consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have reduced sensitivity to heat, or have specific medical conditions. Start at lower temperatures and increase gradually.

Care: per HealthyLine, turn the mat off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe it with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use soap, alcohol, disinfectant wipes or sprays, and never soak or submerge the mat.
