The HealthyLine SOFT mat is a far infrared heating mat with a padded, flexible surface lined with crushed amethyst, jade and tourmaline. Per HealthyLine, it is the softest mat in its range and is light enough to use on a bed, a massage table, a sofa or the floor, including for yoga and stretching.

It comes in four sizes, from a 40 x 24 inch mat to the 74 x 28 inch Pro, with beige, brown leather and Limited Edition finishes on selected sizes. The controller sets temperature up to 158°F (70°C) and time, with an automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours. Per HealthyLine, the SOFT series is a far infrared heat mat only: it has no PEMF and no red lights.

Voltage: choose 110V for standard US outlets. The 220V version is made for 220 V power.

Before use: per HealthyLine, consult your doctor before use if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. HealthyLine also lists varicose veins, open wounds or thin skin, bypass surgery, conditions that require muscle relaxers, use of blood thinners such as Coumadin, and decreased skin integrity or temperature sensitivity as conditions where use could be hazardous. Start at lower temperatures and increase gradually.

Care: per HealthyLine, turn the mat off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe it with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Do not use soap, alcohol, disinfectant wipes or sprays, and never soak or submerge the mat.
