The HC2A-HGE-HGE Steelheart® Series two section half glass door pass-thru heated cabinet combines durability with convenient dual-sided access. With 52.1 cu. ft. of interior capacity, it offers generous storage and consistent temperature control through a solid-state digital controller with alarms and an easy-to-read LED display. The stainless steel exterior and interior provide long-lasting durability and easy cleaning, while the self-closing, field-reversible glass doors feature a stay-open function for ease of loading and unloading.

- Capacity: 52.1 cubic feet of interior capacity; each single section cabinet holds between 20–24 tray slides depending on the product, with additional storage fitting 36 sheet pans
- Heating System: Top-mounted heating element with a fan to circulate heat through the cabinet
- Construction: Stainless steel exterior (front, sides, top) and a stainless steel interior, insulated with 2-3/8″ CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane
- Doors: Field-reversible, spring-assisted, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature (no kit required) and energy-efficient multi-pane, argon-filled glass doors with locks
- Handles & Hinges: One-piece, full-door-length, extruded aluminum flush-mount door handles paired with sturdy 8-gauge stainless steel hinge plates and welded hinge pins
- Lighting & Controls: Energy-efficient interior LED lighting and a solid-state digital controller with temperature alarms and an LED display (°F or °C)
- Shelves & Mobility: Six epoxy-coated wire shelves (three per section) that are adjustable in 1″ increments on stainless steel supports, supported by four 4″ stem casters (two with brakes) as standard
