The Integra LifeSciences TCC-EZ Total Contact Cast System (4 in, 2 large boots) is a lightweight, one-piece, roll-on woven total contact cast for the management of diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs). It is designed for physicians, podiatrists, and wound care clinicians who need an efficient, repeatable way to deliver gold-standard offloading.

TCC-EZ replaces multiple casting rolls with a single easy-to-apply component that can be applied in approximately 10 minutes with minimal training. Its Healing Chamber design offloads the wound and reduces shear forces, supporting closure rates of up to 88% of DFUs reported in clinical studies. Application requires a primary hydrophilic foam dressing, ordered separately.

Indications

TCC-EZ is indicated for non-infected neuropathic foot ulcers without involvement of deeper structures, and for post-operative care such as Charcot reconstruction and delayed primary closures, in patients with adequate blood supply. Rx only.
