Cooperating with Georgia Tech to study anthropometrics, Axiom cushions have a properly designed pre-contoured shape. The Axiom G and Axiom S feature a mild contoured well that supports the trochanters, transitioning the femurs and enveloping the ischial tuberosities and coccyx for support and stability. Axiom P’s more moderate pre-contoured shape offers additional medial and lateral stability through the leg trough area, while promoting greater envelopment of the ischial tuberosities and coccyx for superior positioning.

The unique hexagonal foam shapes in the well reduce surface tension and increase envelopment around the ischia and coccyx. Axiom S’s pelvic well was designed with special emphasis on the area that distributes pressure around the tissues supporting the bony prominences. Deeper hexagonal shapes allow for increased immersion and better envelopment. By only using one pleated cover, surface tension is reduced, providing better immersion into the well.

The base of Axiom G, S & P cushions are molded from a high-IFD polyurethane foam. The covers are constructed using a 4-way stretch, water-resistant, pleated top layer with a skid-resistant bottom panel, and high denier side panels. All elements of the material lead to a long-lasting, comfortable and functional product.

Axiom G, S & P cushions feature an innovative cover that is aesthetically pleasing with functional benefits for both the client and the caregiver. A water- resistant zipper and loop zipper pull make it simple to install and remove the cover while protecting the foam. There is an easy-to-reach front handle with utility loops for hanging accessories.

Warranty
- The expected life of the frame is five years.

A. For 24 Months
Ki Mobility warrants the cushion to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months. This limited warranty applies to:
Axiom-G, Axiom-P and Axiom-S Cushion Bases
For a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase, provided normal use, should a defect in materials or workmanship occur, Ki Mobility will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears, or burns.

B. For 6 Months
Ki Mobility warrants the cushion to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. This limited warranty applies to:

For a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use, should a defect in materials or workmanship occur, Ki Mobility will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns.

C. Limitations
- We do not warrant:
a. Damage from neglect, accident, misuse, or from improper installation or repair.
b. Products modified without Ki Mobility’s express written consent.
c. Damage from exceeding the weight limit.
- This warranty applies in North America only. Check with your supplier to find out if international warranties apply.
- This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the first consumer purchase of this product through an authorized Ki Mobility supplier.
